Like, I know it is, and it hurts like a fucking bitch to be away from her like this but…

I dunno. Because I’ve known her for so long, and I know that this is only temporary, it just doesn’t really feel like it. My brain isn’t wired to really consider it that, or something. 

Plus I think part of my internal definition for long-distance relationships are that they’re mostly with people who’ve never actually met each other in person, or have only briefly? Which is a lot more dangerous- not because the people are like crazy or whatever, but because no matter what you may not actually know the person, know what ‘m sayin? There are so many things you can’t know about someone unless you’re with them. But that’s a rant for another day.
